Qualifications:

• Valid CNA registry
• CPR certification
• BloodBorne Pathogens certification
• Preferably 1-2 years clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility

Job Duties:

1. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and services
2. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
3. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
4. Adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements
