Personal Care Services (PCS)
Our trained aides help with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and moving safely around the home. PCS helps individuals stay independent and comfortable in their own homes, and is available to eligible NC Medicaid beneficiaries.
CAP/C and CAP/DA
The Community Alternatives Programs help people receive care at home instead of in a facility. CAP/C serves medically fragile children, and CAP/DA serves adults with disabilities and older adults. Our team provides in-home support that follows each participant's service plan and goals.
1915(i) Respite Services
Caring for a loved one is rewarding but demanding. Respite provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, handle personal matters, or recharge, while their loved one receives safe, dependable care from our staff.
Behavioral Health & Recovery Support
Peer Support Services
Our Certified Peer Support Specialists have their own lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery. They offer encouragement, practical guidance, and a trusted connection to help individuals set goals, build coping skills, and move forward in their recovery.
Individual & Transitional Support (ITS)
ITS helps adults living with mental health or substance use challenges manage life changes and build independence. Support may include help with housing stability, daily living skills, managing appointments, building natural supports, and connecting with community resources.

Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)
Community Living & Supports (CLS)
CLS helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injury build skills for daily living and take part in their community. Staff support goals like cooking, money management, personal care, and social and recreational activities.
Alternative Family Living (AFL)
AFL gives individuals with I/DD the chance to live in a caring family home setting. Our carefully screened AFL providers offer a stable, supportive environment where individuals receive personalized care and are included in family and community life.
Supported Employment
We help individuals with disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs in the community. Services may include career exploration, job searching, interview preparation, on-the-job coaching, and ongoing support to help each person succeed at work.
I/DD Assisted Living
Our residential supports give adults with I/DD a safe, structured home with staff available to assist with daily living, medication, health needs, and personal goals. We focus on dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging
