Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Bloodborne Pathogens certification
• Preferably prior experience in home care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility

Job Duties:

1. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
3. Adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements
